As Executive Vice President of Consulting Services, Carolyn coordinates the efforts of Harmonic Project and Program Managers, ensuring technical and functional resources are fully leveraged. She also develops solutions for complex client situations to ensure meeting of goals and objectives and deliver results on time. Carolyn has demonstrated executive and leadership strengths through engagement management, client relationship management and project leadership.
Education: Carolyn has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rhodes College.
Experience: Carolyn brings extensive consulting and management experience to Harmonic, as well as deep functional experience from finance, Human Resource (HRCM), and the financial services industry and implementation experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle and JDEdwards.
Prior Roles: Carolyn is a former Manager of ERP implementations, with Deloitte Consulting and has held similar roles at other consulting firms. Before her current role at Harmonic she has served as a Senior Project Manager and Client Engagement Manager.
Hobbies/Passions: Carolyn is active volunteer, working with refugees, local schools and community organizations. She is an avid flower gardener, orchid aficionado, and enjoys entertaining and cycling. She is a member of the Kentucky Derby Festival Fillies and The Louisville Woman’s Club.
